5 5/12/2011 11:29:50 AM M.Arun Singh WARANGAL PMU Functioning of DPU Sub: - A.P.C .B .T .M. Project –DPU/ Nizamabad – Complaint against G.Sampath Rao, APD Agri Extension, DPU-APCBTMP, Nizamabad. The APD Agri Extension has participated in illegal activities against project rules and misguiding / Illegal Advises to District Project Directors i.e given below. 1) With out running of hire vehicles and no movement registers maintained but they drawing the hire charges, 2) Govt. hire vehicles are using for personal works of APD-Agri Extension non project areas (i.e Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Hyderabad) but he is writing illegal log book and bills settlement to vehicle owners and getting percentage from vehicle owners. 3) Demos not conducting as per PIP and the amount distributed directly to the beneficiaries Rs.1500, 70 percent demos are not conducted but he is submitting success report this issue already identified by the PMU Expert and given warning also. 4) Vermi compost units not grounded but total amount (Rs.170000) drawn by APD Agri Extension and KVKS. 5) Horticulture vegetables demo purpose expired/subsidy seeds supplied with out permission of AD-Horticulture and full amount drawn (i.e Rs. 1,20,000) but 80 percent demos are failure but he is submitting success report this issue already identified by the PMU Expert and given warning also. 6) He barrowed the amount from other APD’s but not return back to them and simple said I given the bribe to Higher officials for your transfer this issue already informed to you sir and DG Walamtari because Sampath Rao is using name of DG. 7) He blaming to other APD’s on his frauds and with support of Exe- DPD(Mahender) he sended false staments against APDS’s wrong feedback to commissioner, I&CAD Dept. I having evidence above said items, if you are required I will submit all evidence copies. Hence I request to The State Project Director Please enquiry on G.Sampath Rao, APD Agri Extension, DPU-APCBTMP, Nizamabad and take the necessary action.
