Project MIS aim is to monitor input and output monitoring. The input monitoring will be linked to financial performance. The project will develop a system of voucher based monitoring of inputs. Standard reports on inputs against the annual action plans will be produced and used by the project teams to assess the progress on inputs. The output information will be collected through reporting formats prepared by the MLE team of PMU based on the strategic result based monitoring framework. Performance targets will be finalized for each of these as part of the annual action planning workshop. Progress and variances against these will be tracked by the MIS. Review meetings of DLIC and joint reviews on a quarterly basis will focus on understanding the reasons of variances and support requirements.
Task carried out: Designed, Developed and Implementing an Online and Offline application to capture the information from District Project Units. Monitoring reports generated for Decision making for Project authorities. Provided desktops and remote access strategies, solutions and support. Recommended software and hardware configurations. Developed and implemented training plans for DPUs.
Major Outputs:
Developed in house MIS in line with result based monitoring of the project. MIS is developed to capture processes, input-output monitoring, key performance indicators with emphasis on voucher based financial monitoring.
MIS includes several modules like Functionaries (SO/DPU/PMU/Line Depts etc.), Tank details, WUA details, Para workers, Cost Table wise Action plans and Achievements, Mobilization Advances monitoring, AC bills through Line Depts, Tax collection, Ayacut Irrigated particulars, Grievances etc.
Several Reports have been designed and generated for the usage of PMU and DPUs. Provision has been made to the districts to update Process related information, Pre implementation Details, Procurements, ALSS Information and Tender information etc for day to day monitoring and decision making.

As Asst Project Director (MIS) Established the project MIS in Mhaabubnagar District. Later promoted to PMU as MIS Manager.

APSIDC has implemented L.I.Schemes at a cost of Rs. 582.67 Cr Covering an ayacut of 6.07 lakh acres under various programmes to provide irrigation facility to small , marginal SC &ST farmers who are placed in geographically disadvantages upland areas not covered by any major, medium or minor irrigation projects / schemes. Besides the above, there are many schemes under execution with NABARD funding under RIDF programmes and new schemes under investigation. Lot of data on the LI.Schemes is to be stored and kept in a proper shape in a speedy and convenient manner for the following schemes taken up and under execution at different stages in APSIDC.
Task carried out: Developed a MIS package which includes 8 modules to capture the following schemes information.

Watershed Information System:
Watersheds development is carried out under several schemes, covering different areas such as Agriculture, Soil Conservation, Water conservation, Social Development etc. The program is implemented by the Community level watershed committees at village levels, facilitated by Project Implementing Agency (PIA) at mandal level supported by Multi Disciplinary Teams (MDT) at Regional level, Monitored by Office of the Project Director at District level coordinated a Commissioner Rural Development at State level. In order to incorporate entire progress at various levels with a common set of information from village to state level, Quarterly Progress Review is conducted for every three month.
Task carried out: Developed a MIS package to capture entire Dept. activities information. Managed multiple departments and supervised a staff of ten in operations that included Data Entry, Report generation.
